North Reed

How it works

Fifteen minutes from you. Four weeks from us.

No software to install, no process to change, no new headcount. You add one read-only user in Vendor Central. Everything after that happens on our side, and you see it as cash arriving on a remittance.

The engagement

Five stages, then it runs continuously.

  1. 01Day 1

    Connect

You add us as a Contributor user in Vendor Central and tick nine permission areas. It takes about fifteen minutes on a guided call. No admin control, no ability to change anything in your account.

  2. 02Days 1–10

    Audit

We pull up to five years of transaction history and run it against 108+ claim patterns — every shortage, price claim, chargeback, co-op line and provision on the account.

  3. 03Week 2

    Document

Each recoverable line gets an evidence file: purchase order, invoice, proof of delivery, signed bill of lading, ASN record, carton photos. Amazon rejects thin disputes, so nothing goes out thin.

  4. 04Weeks 3–4

    Recover

We file the claims and chase them. Rejections get re-disputed with the gap closed. You are not in the loop unless we need a document only you hold.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Protect

Deductions do not stop, so neither does the audit. New claims get caught in the period they land, while the evidence is still easy to pull and the dispute window is wide open.

Granting access

Four clicks in Vendor Central.

This is the only part that needs someone on your side. We walk through it live on a call if that is easier.

The nine permission areas

  • Financial report
  • Invoice
  • Operational performance
  • Payment
  • Purchase order
  • Return
  • Shipment
  • Promotions and marketing
  • Subscribe & Save
  1. 1

    Open Manage Permissions

The white gear icon, top right of Vendor Central, then Manage Permissions.

  2. 2

    Add us as a user

Click Add another person. Any personal name works. We supply the audit email address for you to enter.

  3. 3

    Set the role to Contributor

Under Role and Permissions, choose Contributor and enable the nine areas listed below. Subscribe & Save is not available in every region — skip it if you do not see it.

  4. 4

    Send the invitation

Click Send Invitation and tell us it has gone out. The audit starts the same day.

Security

Read the account. Nothing else.

Contributor is a limited role by design. The recovery platform behind the audit has passed security reviews run by Amazon and by Walmart, and is built to clear an enterprise infosec review on your side too.

What the access allows
What it does not
Read your transaction history
Change prices, costs or terms
Pull invoices, POs, shipments and remittances
Edit your catalogue or listings
File and track deduction disputes
Accept or reject purchase orders
See operational performance reports
Add, remove or change users

What we will ask you for.

Almost everything the disputes need is inside Vendor Central. The exceptions are documents that only exist on your side: a signed bill of lading from your carrier, a co-op agreement with its effective date, or a cost change that was agreed by email rather than through the system.

We batch those requests rather than pinging you claim by claim. Celsius recovered $500K on under an hour of their own team’s time, and that hour is roughly what this comes to.

Start with the audit.

Fifteen minutes to grant access, ten days to a line-level picture of what the account is owed. If it comes back clean, that is the end of it and you owe nothing.

  • Free audit
  • No recovery, no fee
  • Secure, limited access
